Our very own talented photographer, Sam (Ibte), is going start running a digital photography class on Monday afternoons for all you budding snappers out there. As well as learning how to use a camera, compose photos, uploading pictures to the computer and developing Photoshop skills, the class will be an opportunity to share your interest with others. Sam will also be able to teach you how to fix your old, damaged photographs using Photoshop. We will try to arrange photo-trips (so much more fun and inspiring to go take photographs with other people for support) and visits to local photography exhibitions. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or the next David Bailey, or what kind of digital camera you have (or haven’t as we can provide you with one) – the class is about sharing experience, skills and ideas with others. The first meeting is on Monday 11th February at 1.30pm in Millman Street Centre and this is an opportunity to say what you would like to get from the class.
