Throughout 2016, Holborn Community Association will continue to offer a host of exercise-related activities for over 50’s, either at Millman Street Resource Centre itself or in the immediate area. These include:
Tai Chi (Thursdays 3pm-4pm, Cost: Donation) – Designed to help improve and maintain your balance and fitness in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
Yoga (Fortnightly Thursday 3pm-4:30pm, Cost: Donation) – Helps you to de-stress and improve your strength, flexibility and overall fitness.
Aqua Aerobics (Wednesday 3pm-4pm, Cost: £3) – Our long-running Aqua Aerobics class has found a new home at Nuffield Gym in Mecklenberg Place. Great for keeping fit and feeling fine. Like the other activities, this class is for both women and men.
