Last Friday (5th May), Millman Street Community Centre was the venue for an Active Minds workshop.  Part of the Arts and Crafts Fun Interactive Sessions, run by Alice, the Head of Design, The Active Minds campaign suggests activities and products for dementia and Alzheimer’s patients.

They test new products, including puzzles and games, to see whether our members like them, and if they find them too difficult or too easy.  Such research helps determine whether products are subsequently developed and made available to people with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
