It’s important to keep healthy, they tell this HCA reporter, and exercise is crucial for that sort of, erm, thing. With that in mind, Millman Street Community Centre offers HCA members a virtual cornucopia of keep fit-ery
F’rinstance, today and indeed every Thursday at the Centre, there is a Seated Exercise Class. Hosted by Eleanor from the Mary Ward Centre, the sessions run between 2 and 3pm and are absolutely free.
The mind’s a muscle, too, apparently. They say writing a blog is good for brain activity, but there’s no scientific evidence to support this. Merely supposition from a hack who, evidently, can’t be bothered to undertake the minutes of research which might determine whether it’s true. Or not…
Ahem. Anyhoo, if you fancy keeping fit, nip down to the Centre of a Thursday for Seated Exercise.
Holborn Community Association would like to thank Eleanor for providing the Seated Exercise classes at Millman Street Centre.
